About Chris

Chris is, at present, principal percussionist with the Orchestra of Opera North.

In his spare time he plays the cimbalom and has performed with the leading orchestra's of Great Britain, most notably the BBC Symphony, Philharmonia, CBSO, London Philharmonic, London Symphony, Scottish Chamber Orchestra, London Sinfonietta, BCMG, the Royal Opera House, Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe.

Chris also teaches percussion mainly at Huddersfield University and for the University of Leeds as well as privately at his Sowerby Bridge studio and has been involved in education projects for many organisations.
